Sam teaches Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar and Band Project at both our Blyth and North Shields schools.
Sam Hughes
Sam has been playing music for over ten years, with his main focus being guitar. He graduated from Newcastle University’s Contemporary and Popular Music degree course in July of 2025.
Sam is guitarist based in the North East and he gigs around the local music scene. A highlight in December of 2025, was performing at The Glasshouse on the BBC Introducing stage with the Lottie Willis Band.
